LUBEGARD AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID (ATF) PROTECTANT is designed for use in all automatic and manual transmissions requiring an ATF, including heavy-duty transmissions such as Allison. It can be used with all synthetic or mineral-based DEXRON, MERCON, and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) ATFs (except Ford Type F ATF and CVT applications). Lubegard is formulated to control heat and is particularly effective in today's hotter-running front-wheel-drive vehicles. The product contains LXE (Liquid Wax Ester) Technology and its derivatives, base oils, and conventional additives. Lubegard is engineered to raise the thermal and oxidative stability level of automatic transmission fluids, ensuring that the fluid does not thin out, pyrolize, burn, or react with oxygen to form deposits when operating at elevated temperatures.

The use of LUBEGARD ATF Protectant will not cause clutch friction upset or slippage. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: For normal applications, add 1 oz. (29.6 mL) per quart (Liter) of ATF to the total transmission capacity (including the torque converter) with the motor idling in park. Do not overfill.
